WARNING CONTENT:

user to fall. Typically, the optimal height is 30-50 cm above the ground.
– Install the hammock over a flat, preferably soft surface (grass, sand). Avoid hard surfaces like concrete to minimize
risk of injury in the event of an accidental accident. If installing on a balcony, place a rug under the hammock.
– When entering the hammock, do so slowly and carefully. Try to sit in the center of the hammock chair to maintain
balance.
